GROUP ORDER POLICY

Group sizes will vary by event. All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, credits or exchanges. FirstClass Group Tickets reserves the right to cancel any booking for which the funds have not been received within one week of the event date.

SERVICE CHARGES

Service charges may apply and may vary per event and venue. Please refer to the specific event for further details.

PAYMENT POLICY

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted over the telephone. In most cases, when prior arrangements have been made, payments can be made by Certified Cheques and Money Orders made payable to the venue.
