Financial information is ONLY used to determine your ability to pay for the products and services you order and to allow you to participate in discount, savings and other programs that you may wish, as well as to facilitate collecting your ticket on the day of the event.

FirstClass Group Tickets has no control over the practices regarding personal information of Event Promoters, Venues and Partners or other third parties. As described above, when purchasing tickets directly and/or at the Site, or when choosing to receive communications or enter contests, draws or other programs associated with third parties or their sponsors; or when filling out entry forms posted on the Site or received directly, or otherwise choosing to allow us to share your personal information with third parties according to the terms of this privacy policy, you authorize FirstClass Group Tickets to share your personal information with Events Promoters, Venues and Partners and other concerned third parties, and release FirstClass Group Ticketsfrom all responsibility concerning their actions or omissions. Events Promoters, Venues and Partners and other third parties may use your personal information in accordance with their contractual agreements with FirstClass Group Tickets and the Events Promoters, Venues and Partners’ individual policies of confidentiality, which do not fall under our authority. You must communicate directly with Events Promoters, Venues and Partners and third parties to advise them of your preference concerning their use of your personal information.
All information may be shared with a third party if FirstClass Group Tickets is the object of a transfer of property or its holdings or becomes bankrupt or receives an order to that effect by judicial authority.
