Beyond Monet promises to break conventions with this spectacular audio-visual journey through impressionism. A three part multi-sensory experience that combines music, sound effects, and projection, Beyond Monet brings guests on an unforgettable journey through the artist’s most iconic works. Featuring masterpieces such as Poppies, Impression: Sunrise, and the iconic Water Lilies series, guests will become one with the paintings as larger than life projections of Monet’s works swirl around the space, immersing the viewer in colour and light, and bringing art to life in front of our eyes.

Beyond Monet was developed by Montreal’s Normal Studio and took over 10,000 hours to be created. The immersive exhibit weaves Claude Monet’s own words throughout the installation with quotes and excerpts and is inspired by the Musée de l’Orangerie in Paris , the designated home of Monet’s master pieces.

The first room acts as an educational guide, with Monet’s works hung from the ceiling on strips of fabric and information about his art alongside them.

Throughout the room, there are bridges you can walk over, and placed underneath them are reflective circles that mimic water, allowing you to peer below and view an inverted version of the exhibit.

To get to the final immersive room, you have to walk through a tunnel of light. So gather you friends, family and colleagues and head out for an exceptionally awesome and very well managed and distanced experience like no other.
