A group can be anyone … a company, an organization, an association, a church, a sports team, a club, a daycare or just a group of family and friends. For most of FirstClass Group Ticket events, a group is considered 10 or more people. The group size varies per event and can be found on our website by clicking on the information button for each show.

For groups smaller than 10, we can offer promotional codes if you sign up as part of the FirstClass VIP Club to receive these savings, event details and announcements.

By organizing a group ticket order, you may earn rewards such as complimentary event tickets, merchandise or unique experiences such as a Meet & Greet. Incentives vary from event to event and are not always available. Please contact us for more information.

When organizing a group order, you may not know exactly how many tickets your group will need, so we will set a block of seats aside for you based on your anticipated ticket sales. We will also work with you to determine the best seating option available for your group. No deposit is required to hold a block of tickets.

Once your ticket numbers are finalized, you will only be asked to pay for the tickets you wish to purchase. Any unsold tickets will be returned to our inventory. If you discover that you are going to need more tickets than what was originally placed on hold for your group, please let us know and based on availability, we will place additional tickets on hold for you as close to your original order as possible.

The deadline for ordering group tickets depends on the event so be sure to contact us asap for the very best FirstClass seating, service and savings.

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted over the telephone. In-person payments must be prearranged. Please refer to Sales Policy for additional information.

Alternate arrangements can be made to receive the tickets via mail, courier or pick up at the venue Box Office.

Yes, absolutely! Although your group order has been finalized, you may add tickets onto your order at no charge (subject to availability). All part of the FirstClass service.

Parking is located around the event facilities, within walking distance, and includes city lots, private parking lots and metered parking. For Bus, Limousine or accessible parking please contact the facility directly to make arrangements.
